Day 27 - Hari Om Namo - 40 Days Chanting for Healing and Transformation

Om Shanti,

Today I would love to share with you a Sanskrit mantra "Hari Om Namo" which I learnt during my visit to Rishikesh, India in 2017 from the music teacher called Mukesh. He is a charismatic character, whose mission is looking after the group orphans, kids from the street for who he set up the Music School near his house. Chanting this mantra always brings me very vivid memories of this trip I took with my mum. We were blessed with satsangs by Mooji, walks along the Gangi river and chanting sessions with Mushesh and his students, kids and Westerners coming to him for lessons.

This mantra lyrics:

Hari Om Namo Narayanaya

Hari Om is a popular Sanskrit mantra, believed to erase all suffering and connect practitioners with universal consciousness.

Narayanaya has more complex roots and interpretations but is believed to be symbolic of Brahman or the inner self.

Hari Om Namo Narayanaya can therefore be understood as a reverent and respectful means of unifying individual and universal consciousness and removing all obsacles which stays on its way to manifest it.

I also had an insight to another interpretation, knowing that Har / Hari is connected to the creative force, Naraya to the element of water, therefore it reminds us about the potential of reaching the flow of creativity in our life as an antidote to any shadow, fear, confusion, entropy.

After studding the Gene Keys for over 4 years I came to another insight. The spectrum of consciousness presented in a table below is an amazing map of our shadows, gifts and Siddhis. It is a complex map, from which our personal hologenetic profile is built up. However despite its complexity, it can be put together to a single pattern. The main collective shadow of humanity is FEAR, the antidote for it is a gift of individualization and CREATIVITY, which leads to the Siddhi of LOVE.

I trust that my contemplation may inspire your own insights and creative power!

Happy chanting
