Personalised attention for all your needs - Interactive Music and Drumming Workshops.
Music is a powerful healing and entertaining tool. It stimulates the body and the mind; it brings back memories and heals the emotions. With a wide range of skills and experience, Magdalena offers a tailored programme of different activities and entertainment suitable for care home residents and learning disability clients in day centre settings.

Her interactive workshops include reminiscing, voice work, singing, drumming, performance, listening, encouraging active participation, leadership and respect for each person's individuality.

The aim of the workshops is to stimulate, entertain and uplift, to encourage self-expression, being involved, joyful participation and for clients to leave feeling both energised and relaxed.

Supporting all abilities -
Chair Yoga and Sound Sessions.

Magdalena is a qualified teacher and a kind and genuine person, someone who really understands the needs of the older adults and vulnerable people.

Through a varied programme of gentle Chair Yoga with music, she helps people to reconnect with their bodies, become more mindful and feel more relaxed. Her classes are slow-paced yet effective and are tailored to individual abilities. Her classes are suitable for care home residents and learning disability clients in day centre settings.

One of the main benefits of the Chair Yoga for older and vulnerable people is that it provides a little extra support and helps clients to stay balanced physically and emotionally. It is suitable for those who are not feeling confident, perhaps dealing with the after-effects of an injury, illness or have a poor balance.

Regular Chair Yoga classes can reduce stress, improve flexibility and sleep, ease constipation and reduce pain.
