Om Shanti,
I started our 2nd part of the 40 days chanting retreat with the deep song yesterday. I trust that you were gentle, loving and compassionate for yourself. Our global community needs the same: Love and Understanding to replace fear and hate.
Today we are going to focus on the Liberation from the Shadow process. What does it mean? I would like to invite you to set us your intention for the Liberation of all which don't serve you any more. Our ego has a tendency to hold on, even if the soul or the body suffers. Liberation means letting go.
Mantra HAR HAR MUKANDAY is used to free the self from what is holding us back, it let us overcome obstacles and move forward in life. It turns challenge into the opportunities, removing us from fear.

MUKANDAY - Liberating aspect of self

During the contemplation on this mantra I have realized that I could address the Divine in this song to liberate me, as well as my own Divine Nature or simply you or the community or the world. If we see it in this context, we may realize that we are One. The separation of the Body-Mind-Heart-Spirit level is the same as the separation between the Sactum and Profanum, between the Divine and the Human nature, between me and you. Liberation form that separation may open the door to our personal healing and then create a pathway to the global Unity. A concept worth contemplating...
