We  are excited to welcome you to our first Shakti Gathering In Nature,  sharing everything we love - on Saturday with Connection,  Cacao, Ceremony, Yoga, Sound Relaxation and Dance!

A day packed with magic!

From 10am-5pm

Shakti Day Retreat: price £45 (bring lunch for sharing)

Dive  deep into the power of Shakti Dance Yoga of Dnace with a day of movement, meditation,  connection and community. Awaken your senses, nourish your soul, and  leave feeling refreshed and inspired!

10am Arrival (it takes about 10min to walk from some parking spaces)

10.30am Safety brief, opening circle with cacao ceremony

11.15am SHAKTI DANCE

1.15 - 2pm Lunch (please bring an item to share for the community meal)

2pm Connection workshop

3pm Sound bath & relaxation

4pm Closing circle & integration time

Facilities:

• fire place with the roof, sitting area and space for yoga in case of the rain, kettle (hot drinks)
• outdoor yoga space
• pitching spaces for tents
• outdoor toilets
• car park

what to bring:

• yoga mat
• blanket
• the outdoor clothing
• water bottle
• shared lunch on Saturday & breakfast for camping option
• folding chair (optional)
• wellies in case of the wet weather (optional)

The event might be cancelled or postpone in case of the severe weather condition (the refund will be provided if needed).
