LET'S DANCE TOGEHTER! 

I am inviting women to get together, inspire each other, move with grace and dance wildly! 

Let's celebrate being a woman, let's feed our inner fire and manifest what truly serves us best. 

Often we women nourish others and forget about nourishing ourselves. Time to replenish ourselves so we can serve the world better, feeding and nourishing all from the cup full of love. It can only happen when our being is filled to the brim with deep love to ourselves, our bodies, our hearts and our souls! So let's give time and attention to the beauty of being who we are, accepting and embracing all which needs a hug inside us. Yes, there are shadows and fears, yes, there are also our dreams and aspirations, our gifts and talents! Let's dance with them all! 

Gene Keys Synthesis will give us the inspiration to discover and focus on what might be your unique gift for this life time, so come with open heart and open mind! 

The idea of the yoga and dance workshop out in nature was on my mind for a while. 

Finally it is coming to fruition. I would like to share with you all what I love - yoga, intuitive movement, Gene Keys inspirations, dance and my music. When asked what yoga do I teach, I say: Shakti Yoga - inspired be the practice of Shakti Dance and the wisdom of the Gene Keys, connecting us with the Divine Feminine inside us. (Next step will be a regular SHAKTI YOGA sessions for women, so watch the space!)

During the workshops you will experience:

•     Shakti Dance - yoga of dance session (with yoga, intuitive movements, free dance and joy of being together)
•     Movement meditation connecting us with nature

You will empower:

•     a creative wise woman inside you
•   your life work gifts and talents based on your Gene Keys hologenetic profile (please generate your own profile on www.genekeys.com - free profile

you will learn:

•     perhaps something new about yourself
•    the foundation of the Gene Keys and the Sacred Feminine

The workshop will take place outdoor in nature, in the Wellness Woods (a privet wood and a part of Southover woodland camping)

facilities:

•     fire place with the roof, sitting area and space for yoga in case of the rain
•     bell-tent - another roof if needed
•     outdoor yoga space
•     outdoor toilets
•     car park

Itinerary:

 from 10.00am - arrival in the woods, knowing the space, having a tea

11.00am - opening the space & the morning session 

1.30pm -  shared lunch

2.30pm - afternoon session

4.30pm - closing the circle

5.00pm - the end

what to bring:

    yoga mat

    blanket

    the outdoor clothing (we have space underneath the canva roof for 12 mats in case of the rain)

    water

    shared lunch ( a plate to share)

    folding chair (optional)

    wellies in case of the wet weather (optional)
