Dear friends and friends to be,

 I  would like to invite you for an evening with original and traditional  chants and songs, gentle movements inspired by Shakit Dance - Yoga of  dance and a sharing circle. Each component of the evening is here to  uplift us, inspire and create a deep connection with your body and each  other. Embodiment though movement and sound is one of the deepest tool  to he authentic life. I trust that gentle guidance though the movements,  beautiful and uplifting songs can help us to voice our deepest dreams  and wishes for the coming seasons of sawing, blooming, fruit giving and  resting.

 Imbolc  symbolizes the arrival of the spring and the new beginning. This  ancient Celtic celebration invites us to select and sow the seeds of our  intentions for the coming year, trusting that with love and care all  what is good will thrive in our life. It is also a celebration of the  water element, giving gratitude to life giving spring, rivers, lakes and  oceans. 

 During  the evening we will create our intentions, prayers and movements to  embody the connection with our Higher Self in a safe, nurturing circle  with sound and silence, movements and stillness, sharing and meditation.

 Gentle  movements will be inspired by gentle yoga rooted in Shakti Dance - the  yoga of dance, which I have been teaching for the last 7 years.
