Dear friends and friends to be,

Another New Moon in the Lockdown, this time on Saturday night, so let's celebrate and embody its energy and co-create a new reality for us and our planet. 

During our New Moons and Full Moons  gatherings  I share with you my original and traditional chants and songs, gentle yoga movements and embodiment dance inspired by Shakti Dance- Yoga of Dance, yoga nidra and time for sharing.   I will open the sharing circle to allow us to connect with each other, especially at this time, when we are isolated at homes. 

I will offer the space for your deep rest with yoga nidra, a relaxation technique to open us up for the quantum possibilities which are beyond our minds or wishes.

Each component of the evening is here to uplift us, inspire and create a deep connection with your body and each other.
