Dear friends and friends to be,

Another New Moon in the Lockdown, this time on Saturday night, so let's celebrate and embody its energy and co-create a new reality for us and our planet. 

During our New Moons and Full Moons  gatherings  I share with you my original and traditional chants and songs, gentle yoga movements and embodiment dance inspired by Shakti Dance- Yoga of Dance, yoga nidra and time for sharing.   I will open the sharing circle to allow us to connect with each other, especially at this time, when we are isolated at homes. 

I will offer the space for your deep rest with yoga nidra, a relaxation technique to open us up for the quantum possibilities which are beyond our minds or wishes.

Each component of the evening is here to uplift us, inspire and create a deep connection with your body and each other. 

Embodiment though movement and sound is one of the deepest tool to the authentic life. I trust that gentle guidance though the movements, beautiful and uplifting songs can help us to voice our deepest dreams and wishes for the coming lunar moon, next full moon in Pisces in 6 months.

Astrologically we are going to have 4 planets in Pisces, all in conjunction - Sun, Moon, Venus and Neptune. As Neptune is the ruler of Pisces, it makes this new moon event more dreamy. Neptune and Pisces represent our deep unconscious, our longing for the Divine Love. On a lower frequency it may manifest as even deeper confusion. It is up to us which frequency we choose, so let's use it to our advantage rather then disadvantage. The world is confused enough, so let's reach towards the True power of Pisces and Neptune, supported by Love and Beauty of Venus. During this time pay attention to your dreams and visions, as they might be lucid and vivid. Make a space for a meditation and deep relaxation to clean the mind from confusion and filling it with hopes and dreams.

During the evening we will create our intentions, prayers and movements to embody the connection with our Higher Self in a safe, nurturing circle with sound and silence, movements and stillness, sharing and meditation.
