Dear friends and friends to be,

Another New Moon celebrated via Zoom, this time on Sunday evening, just a few hours before the New Moon (exact time: 12th of April at 2.31am), so let's celebrate and embody its energy and co-create a new reality for us and our planet. 

During our New Moons and Full Moons gatherings  I share with you my original and traditional chants and songs, gentle yoga movements and embodiment dance inspired by Shakti Dance- Yoga of Dance, yoga nidra and time for sharing.   I will open the sharing circle to allow us to connect with each other, especially at this time of the unfolding of the new beginning.

I will offer the space for your deep rest with yoga nidra, a relaxation technique to open us up for the quantum possibilities which are beyond our minds or wishes. Each component of the evening is here to uplift us, inspire and create a deep connection with your body and each other. 

From the astrology point of view this New Moon in Aries symbolizes the true new beginning of the astrological year as it happens in the first sign of the zodiac. Some astrologers go further, highlighting the true embodiment of the Saturn - Jupiter conjunction, so amazingly seen with the naked eye on the sky around the 21st of December. This rare alignment, together with Pluto-Saturn-Jupiter conjunction in 2020, is seen as the beginning of the new era and the transformational time on our planet. Right now nobody can deny the intensity of changes, internal and external, so let's create the inner welcome of what is best for us individually and collectively! 

From the Gene Keys perspective we are invited to let go of any expectations. The New Moon is happening in the 42 Gene Key which moves from he Shadow of Expectation to the Gift of Detachment and the Siddhi of Celebration. It is a truly amazing Gene Key - we must admit that we don't know the future, so creating negative or positive expectations is only limiting the potential of this Time of the Great Change! The gift of Detachment teaches us to be in the flow of life, to trust life and let go of any fear, especially the fear of death which is creating the shadow state. We must let go of being too grasping or too flaky. Change is upon is all all we need to do is to embrace it! There is no better time to celebrate the New Beginning than in the Siddhi of Celebration which is connected to the 42 Gene Keys - so let go and Celebrate! 

During the evening we will create our intentions, prayers and movements to embody the connection with our Higher Self in a safe, nurturing circle with sound and silence, movements and stillness, sharing and meditation.
