Let's celebrate anohter Full Moon and New Moon together. After months of offering these sessions I am finally making a schedule fo the coming dates, so you can mark it in your calendar and get togehter each time! We will be here for you!

During our New Moons and Full Moons gatherings  I share with you my original and traditional chants and songs, gentle yoga movements and embodiment dance inspired by Shakti Dance- Yoga of Dance, and deep relaxation with yoga nidra.   We will open the sharing circle to allow us to connect with each other and inspire each other with our insights, prayers and affirmations. 

Gentle movements will be inspired by gentle yoga rooted in Shakti Dance - the yoga of dance, which I have been teaching for the last 7 years. To know more about the practice you can visit: https://www.magdalenaatkinson.co.uk/shakti-dance 

We always finish the sessions with Yoga Nidra practice giving our bodies time to rest and our minds to dream again, being inspired by our intentions, dreams and affirmations. 

I trust that the evening will inspire you, awaken your authentic voice and encourage you to continue your practice with voice work and gentle body work to fill fully alive, authentic and unique!

As always I will also share astrological and Gene Keys inspirations during the session!
