Dear friends and friends to be,

Let's celebrate another beautiful beginning of a new  moon cycle: of a new season,  a new dream manifestation, new ideas and truths emerging from within. We will connect with each other and our inner selves, chant, sing, move gently, share and at the end enjoy the deep relaxation with tailored yoga nidra based on our needs and contemplation. Astrologically this New moon in Libra wants to bring balance into our relationships, renew our connections with love ones, focusing on fairness and harmony. It is in conjunction with Mars, which may bring more fire into our actions, so we must be aware to use our energy wisely. According to the Gene Keys Synthesis we will be under the strong influence of the 48 Gene Key, which moves from the Shadow of Inadequacy through the gift of Resourcefulness to the Siddhi of Wisdom. It is a very deeply digging energy, wanting to penetrate us and our fears to the core and then transform it into some creative solutions - this sounds like what we need at the moment collectively and on the personal level. Let's be brave and look deeply into our hearts and souls! 

During our New Moons and Full Moons gatherings  I share with you my original and traditional chants and songs, gentle yoga movements and embodiment dance inspired by Shakti Dance- Yoga of Dance, and deep relaxation with yoga nidra.   We will open the sharing circle to allow us to connect with each other and inspire each other with our insights, prayers and affirmations.

We will finish the session with Yoga Nidra practice giving our bodies time to rest and our minds to dream again.
