Dear friends and friends to be,

I  would like to invite you for an evening of chanting, gentle yoga, yoga nidra and sharing to celebrate and embody the energy of the New Moon in Aquarius. I will share with you original and traditional  chants and songs, gentle movements inspired by Shakit Dance - Yoga of  dance and deep relaxation practice known as yoga nidra. I will open the sharing circle to allow us to connect with each other, especially at this time, when we are locked at homes. I will offer the space for your deep rest with yoga nidra, a relaxation technique to open us up for the quantum possibilities which are beyond our minds or wishes.
