Dear friends and friends to be,

After a summer break Welcome to September's Full Moon connecting us all via Zoom. 

This time we are near the full moon peak and the Autumn Equinox, invoking the balance and the harmonious shift in season and energies from summer to winter. 

During our New Moons and Full Moons gatherings  I share with you my original and traditional chants and songs, gentle yoga movements and embodiment dance inspired by Shakti Dance- Yoga of Dance, and deep relaxation with yoga nidra.   We will open the sharing circle to allow us to connect with each other and inspire each other with our insights, prayers and affirmations.

During the evening we will create our intentions, prayers and movements to embody the connection with our Higher Self in a safe, nurturing circle with sound and silence, movements and stillness, sharing and meditation.

We will finish the session with Yoga Nidra practicegiving our bodies time to rest and our minds to dream again.
