CHANT & DRUM - near the full Moon, with a cacao ceremony at the Merhabah Retreat

Let's sit around the fire (weather permitting*) and celebrate the power of the full moon!

Gratitude for our monthly gathering launched on the 31st of August! Now it is time to share a new date! 

We all have a voice:  singing voice, speaking voice and our inner voice. So let’s explore what words and emotions empower us and what depletes us. Let’s weave them into songs and chants and take away with us the sense of inner beauty & power. The session is open for all, singers and non-singers. If you have a drum or a favourite shaker, please bring it with you. We will whisper, hum, tap, clap, sing and stump! Let our voices be heard – the gentle one and the loud one! Above all, let’s dare to be who we always wanted to be!

During   the  workshop  you can choose how much you want to  participate, by   listening, singing or playing together. Everyone has an  opportunity to   be fully engaged, invited to join with a voices and  rhythms.  Magdalena  performs her music and skillfully teaches her  original  chants and songs  to everyone, gradually  introducing more  instruments  and more freedom of expression. She creates  a thriving  environment,  leading all to the  community music making, full  of  exuberant joy and  healing.

8.30pm yoga nidra with soulful music

8.50pm closing the circle

We will drink ceremonial cacao with oat milk, if you can not drink cacao - other drinks will be available

In case of the rain we have a beautiful Shala Room to retrieve.
